Casa Noble Reposado rests 364 days in new French oak barrels, the maximum the reposado category allows and far beyond the four-to-six months most reposado tequilas see, made from the same certified-organic, estate-grown 100% Blue Weber agave and triple-distillation process as the rest of the range. The 2021 relaunch redeveloped the recipe toward a lighter, more citrus-and-floral character, per Master Tequilero Pepe Hermosillo, moving away from the earlier expression’s heavier herbal and earthy notes. It won a Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
