Patrón Añejo is made from hand harvested 100% Weber Blue Agave grown in the Jalisco highlands and distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón. It’s a blend of two separately produced tequilas, one made using the traditional tahona process with agave fiber fermentation and the other using a modern roller mill, both triple distilled. The blend is then aged a minimum of 12 months across French Limousin, French Allier, ex bourbon, new American, and Hungarian oak casks, and each bottle is hand blown and individually numbered.
