Morpheus Blue XO is Radico Khaitan’s more premium extension of the brandy, launched to build on the original Morpheus XO’s success, and easy to tell apart on the shelf by its blue bottle. The nose is intensely fruity and floral, with dark dried fruits like raisin and prune alongside nuts in the base note, opening into a heavier, honey-like sweetness on the palate with matured oaky vanilla and caramel. It’s the richer, more layered sibling to the original XO, best enjoyed neat or over a single ice cube to let the vanilla and caramel come through.
