St-Rémy XO is a French Brandy, explicitly not labelled as Cognac, from the St-Rémy house. It’s built from a selection of French eaux-de-vie chosen for their ageing potential, given a longer maturation in small French oak casks than the rest of the St-Rémy range. It suits someone who wants brandy’s warmth and spice at a lower price than Cognac, whether neat or in a brandy cocktail.
