Casa Noble is produced in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on the brand’s own high altitude, volcanic soil estate and certified organic. The agave piñas are slow cooked in traditional stone ovens before fermentation, and Casa Noble is among the small number of tequila houses that distill three times rather than the more typical two. As a blanco, it is unaged and bottled shortly after distillation, keeping the fresh, grassy character of the raw agave front and centre. The style has drawn recognition from mainstream tasting panels for its balance and sipping quality.
