Bottega Valpolicella Classico DOC comes from the historic Classico zone of Valpolicella in Veneto, made from the traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Bottega is a family-run Italian producer founded in 1977, known for building its wines around distinctive bottle presentation as much as what’s in the glass. Unlike Bottega’s Amarone-style wines, this is a straightforward, young-drinking red rather than a wine built for extended cellaring.
