Clos des Lunes Lune d’Argent is a dry white Bordeaux from the Sauternes region, produced by Clos des Lunes under Olivier Bernard (also behind Domaine de Chevalier), built on 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Traditional vinification and ageing of the best lots in barrels and vats reveals the wine’s character. It’s a dry white built from grapes that could just as easily go into sweet Sauternes, giving it a richer, more textured character than most everyday Bordeaux Blanc.
