Volando Cashew Feni
Volando Premium Cashew Feni is a Goan cashew feni made in the traditional way, cashew apples crushed for their juice, fermented naturally, then double-distilled, the small-batch process used across Goa’s feni distilleries for generations. Cashew feni carries a Geographical Indication tag as a speciality alcoholic beverage of the state, recognising a craft that predates most of India’s modern spirits industry, with sharp, pungent, fruity notes drawn directly from the cashew apple. Purists drink it neat, in small sips; the more common, gentler way in is over ice with a splash of lemon-lime soda and a wedge of lime.
