Suntory Whisky Toki is a blend of whiskies from all three of the House of Suntory’s distilleries: Hakushu malt aged in American oak as the key component, balanced with grain whisky from Chita and single malts from Yamazaki matured in American and Spanish oak. Released in 2016 and credited to third-generation master blender Shingo Torii, “Toki” means “time” in Japanese, a nod to the interplay of heritage and innovation the brand built the blend around. It meets the labelling standards set by the Japan Spirits & Liqueurs Makers Association for genuine Japanese Whisky.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Basil, green apple and honey.
PALATE- Grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint and thyme.
FINISH- Subtly sweet and spicy, with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.
