Segredo Aldeia White is the white rum from Fullarton Distilleries in Goa, and the sibling bottle to the brand’s better-known Cafe rum. It won a Silver medal at the London Spirits Competition, recognised for flavours and aromas of vanilla, pepper and hints of lemon carrying through from nose to palate, with a smooth texture and an elegant finish rather than the sharper edge some white rums have. That vanilla and pepper character sits alongside a clean, crisp sugarcane and citrus profile that makes it easy to drink lightly chilled or mixed. It’s versatile enough for a straightforward Mojito or Daiquiri, or simply over ice with a wedge of lemon to play up its own citrus note.
