Flor de Caña Extra Seco comes from the same fifth-generation Nicaraguan family estate as the brand’s aged expressions, aged up to four years in oak before being filtered crystal clear and left unsweetened, sustainably produced and both Carbon Neutral and Fair Trade certified. It’s built as a crisp, dry white rum for classic cocktails, a Mojito or a Daiquiri, where its “Extra Seco” dryness and peppery finish are meant to carry through the mix rather than get lost in it.
TASTING NOTES

PALATE- Wood and orange peel giving way to a dry, rough character with light herbal notes, echoed independently as a soft, round vanilla and coconut with a dash of bourbon barrel spice.
FINISH- Dry and spicy with a lively punch, echoed independently as a long fade of dry sugar cane and toasty vanilla.
