About THis Bottle

Maya Pistola Agavepura is a 100% agave spirit made by Inspired Hospitality in New Delhi, part of India’s own agave-spirit category, sharing roots with tequila and mezcal without being Mexican. This is the Joven expression, a blend of aged and unaged agave spirits.

 

CHARACTER

AgaveAgave: cooked agave leads throughout
MintMint: peppermint runs through the palate
HoneyHoney: a sweet note through the middle
Black PepperBlack Pepper: green peppercorn heat on the finish

TASTING NOTES

NOSE- Fresh citrus and cooked agave, layered with coriander seed and green peppercorn.

PALATE- Complex and herbal, agave-forward with peppermint and honey.

FINISH- Spicy and lingering, green peppercorn heat closing it out.
