About THis Bottle

Luxardo Apricot Albicocca has been produced by the Luxardo family since 1935, when the city of Rome organised a competition among Italian spirits producers for a new liqueur to represent the capital; Luxardo’s apricot won first prize and still carries the winning title, “Liquore della Lupa,” the Liqueur of the Roman She-Wolf. It’s made by infusing apricot pulp in sugar beet alcohol.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE- Rich, concentrated fresh apricot.

PALATE- Apricot jam with mild cinnamon spice.

FINISH- Long dried apricot and toasted almond, with a faint overripe note.
