La Ananta is India’s first absinthe, crafted in Goa around the classic absinthe botanicals: wormwood, green anise, Florence fennel, Indian star anise and chamomile. Named for Ananta, the eternal, it’s bottled at 49% ABV and built for the traditional sugar-and-water ritual, the clear emerald liquid blooming into a cloudy opalescence as cold water is poured over a sugar cube.
