Komos Reposado Rosa is Komos’s rosé-hued reposado, made from 100% Blue Weber agave hand-harvested from both the highland and lowland terroirs of Jalisco’s Tequila Valley, roasted in traditional stone ovens and twice distilled in copper pot stills. It rests two months in French oak barrels that previously held Napa and Sonoma red wine, the red grape skins staining the tequila its signature pink, before a gentle aeration technique borrowed from winemaking softens the mouthfeel and adds richness. It’s presented in a handmade, hand-dipped vitrified porcelain bottle and scored 98 points from Tasting Panel Magazine.
