Desmondji Ayam 100% Agave

AYAM is DesmondJi’s flagship expression, an extension of the international family of agave spirits, made from 100% Agave americana that has naturalised on India’s semi-arid Deccan Plateau. Founded by Desmond Nazareth, DesmondJi was among the earliest producers making an Indian agave spirit, field to bottle, distilled in small batches at Agave India’s own micro-distillery. AYAM has since carried that story beyond India, landing on the UK market in 2025. It is best savoured neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
