Agave 51 is DesmondJi’s second expression, made from the same Agave americana that has naturalised on India’s Deccan Plateau, blended with raw cane sugar and distilled in small batches in pot stills. Where AYAM leans on the agave alone, Agave 51 was built with curiosity and versatility in mind, a craft spirit designed to work as easily in a Margarita or a simple shot as it does neat. It carries DesmondJi’s field-to-bottle story from the same Chittoor district micro-distillery, just in a lighter, more mixable form.
