About THis Bottle

Bacardi Ocho is an eight year old rum from Bacardi, founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862 but produced today at the company’s Cataño, Puerto Rico distillery, the largest premium rum distillery in the world. Bacardi’s Cuban operations were confiscated by the Cuban government in 1960, forcing the family to rebuild production in Puerto Rico, where this expression is made today. It suits someone who wants an aged sipping rum with real depth rather than Bacardi’s better known white mixing rum.
