Santa Cristina Giardino Rosé comes from Santa Cristina, the Antinori label that has made wines in the heart of Tuscany since 1946. Made entirely from Sangiovese and fermented cool in stainless steel, it is a pale, peach-blossom pink Toscana IGT at a light 11% ABV. The name, Giardino, means garden and nods to the floral character of the wine. Serve it at 10 to 12 degrees with cold starters, fried food, crustaceans or a bowl of pappa al pomodoro.
