About THis Bottle

Gavi Ricossa comes from Ricossa, a Piedmont producer with roots in the region’s Gavi and Barolo zones, made entirely from Cortese grapes. Gavi DOCG is Piedmont’s best-known white wine, grown around the town of Gavi in the province of Alessandria, prized for its crisp, mineral-driven style. Ricossa’s version is built as an approachable, food-friendly white rather than a serious cellaring wine.
