Segredo Aldeia Cafe is the coffee-infused rum from Fullarton Distilleries in Goa, inspired by tales of a secret Goan village the brand takes its name from. The nose is pungently coffee-forward, dark roasted coffee and dark chocolate alongside vanilla, with undertones of tobacco and leather. The palate stays coffee-led too, sweet and full, joined by cacao, caramel and vanilla, closing on a dry finish with lingering notes of sweet wood, leather and tobacco. It’s built for sipping neat or over ice, where the roasted coffee character has room to come through, and works especially well as an affogato-style pour alongside vanilla ice cream.
