Sector Hibiscus & Peach
Sector Hibiscus & Peach is Living Root Beverages’ first flavoured gin, built on founder Bharat Bhagnani’s balanced house style of juniper, cubeb berries, Cochin ginger, turmeric, coriander, angelica and orris root, layered with fresh Bijapur lemon, Valencia orange and grapefruit, each distilled separately before blending. This expression is infused with peach juice and dried hibiscus flowers for a deep sunset colour, launched in January 2024 as the debut of the brand’s flavoured trio, later joined by Raw Mango & Chilli and Orange & Cacao. It opens deceptively floral and fruity, hibiscus blossom and ripe peach up front, before the spice and botanicals of the base gin come through underneath. Bottled at 40% ABV and distilled in Goa. Serve chilled over ice, or build it into a G&T with a peach slice for a striking sunset-coloured pour.
