Roberto Cavalli is an Italian super-premium vodka, distilled by Distillerie Francoli in Ghemme, Italy, from Italian-grown grain and cut with water drawn from the peaks of Monte Rosa, then filtered through crushed Carrara marble. Launched by the fashion designer in October 2005, it was marketed as the first world premium vodka made entirely in Italy, with packaging designed by Cavalli himself and inspired by his perfume bottle. It has a nose of pepper and citrus with hints of dried fruit and nuts, building on the palate into fennel, anise and peppery spice with a silky texture, before a dry, peppery finish with a trace of star anise.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Fairly neutral with hints of nuts and dried fruit, plus a light pepper aroma and citrus close behind.
PALATE- Starts soft and slightly sweet with fennel and anise, building into peppery spice that turns dry, with nutty, raisin notes and a silky texture.
FINISH- Dry and peppery, with a lingering trace of star anise.
