Pumori
Pumori Small Batch Gin comes from Fullarton Distilleries, a family-run operation named for Mount Pumori, the 7,000-metre Himalayan peak beside Everest. Distilled in small 200-litre batches, it’s built on 12 botanicals sourced largely from the Indian subcontinent: Himalayan juniper, orange and lemon peel, cardamom, coriander seeds, liquorice, nutmeg, rosemary, aniseed, cinnamon, almond and vanilla. Bottled at 43% ABV, it won a Bronze medal at the London Spirits Competition, praised for juniper, cardamom, citrus and spice on both nose and palate, with a smooth texture and balanced finish. It’s built to be versatile: sip it neat to taste the full botanical range, or build it into a classic G&T with a wedge of orange or a sprig of rosemary.
