Pumori Pink Gin comes from Fullarton Distilleries, named for Mount Pumori, the 7,000-metre Himalayan peak beside Everest. Distilled in small 200-litre batches, it’s built on 12 botanicals sourced largely from the Indian subcontinent: Himalayan juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, cardamom, coriander seeds, liquorice, nutmeg, rosemary, aniseed, cinnamon, almond and vanilla. Bottled at 43% ABV, it leans juniper-forward with a spiced, citrus-laced character built for cocktails as much as sipping neat.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Juniper and pine moving into woody, sweet spice notes of cinnamon and liquorice with undertones of citrus, cardamom, zesty citrus, almond and a touch of floral violet.
PALATE- Cardamom and cinnamon-spiced piney juniper with subdued citrus and floral notes, fresh juniper and spice lingering with a light citrus and mint edge.
FINISH- A spicy juniper finish with delicate floral liquorice, a lingering blend of warm spice and liquorice.
