Perry Road Peru is a guava forward expression of Stranger & Sons gin, created with The Bombay Canteen and built around Mumbai’s seasonal pink guava, locally called peru. Ripe guavas are macerated for six hours before a second distillation folds their sweetness into Stranger & Sons’ base botanicals, among them juniper, coriander, cardamom and pomelo peel. The result reads more fruit forward than a classic London Dry, suited to someone who wants a gin with a distinct tropical personality rather than a straight citrus and juniper profile.
CHARACTER
Juniper: The earthy backbone beneath the guava sweetness
Grapefruit: Pomelo peel adds a sharp, bittersweet citrus edge
Black Pepper: A warm pepper note underneath
Cardamom: Soft spice through the mid-palate
Nutmeg: Rounds out the finish with warmth
TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Ripe guava leads with juniper, exotic spice and a floral citrus lift underneath.
PALATE- Smooth and well rounded, guava sweetness meets juniper, coriander and pomelo peel.
FINISH- Warm and lingering, closing on a last burst of spiced botanicals.
