Paul John Classic Select Cask is an unpeated single malt from John Distilleries in Goa, matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration. Goa’s tropical climate accelerates maturation, pushing more barrel character into the spirit in a shorter span than a Scottish warehouse allows. The result is a fuller, higher-proof single malt with real depth rather than a delicate sipping dram.
