About THis Bottle

McDowell’s No.1 Celebration is one of India’s biggest-selling rums, made by United Spirits and, as of 2009, among the top three rum brands in the world by volume. The aroma carries caramel and vanilla with subtle spice undertones, developing into a fuller flavour of toasted oak and molasses, with hints of tropical fruit adding a lighter edge against the deeper caramel and burnt sugar notes on the palate. It’s built as an everyday dark rum rather than a sipping spirit for slow analysis, priced and positioned for a simple rum and cola or a mixed drink where its caramel-forward character comes through without asking for close attention.
