La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is sourced from coastal Sonoma County vineyards, including fruit from the producer’s own Sable Mountain Vineyard, cooled by fog that lets Pinot Noir ripen slowly and retain freshness. The wine stays on its lees without racking until final blending, a technique built to fully integrate its aromatics into a textured, harmonious mouthfeel.
