Indri Trini, styled “The Three Wood,” is Piccadily Distilleries’ single malt, made from indigenous six-row barley grown in Rajasthan and matured across three different cask types: first-fill ex-bourbon barrels for vanilla and coconut, PX sherry casks for dark amber colour and blackcurrant sweetness, and ex-wine casks for a honeyed, peppery note. Non-chill filtered with no added colour, it’s bottled at 46% ABV and blended by Piccadily’s master craftsmen to let each wood’s contribution come through without overshadowing the underlying whisky.
