Gran Centenario Reposado sits between the brand’s blanco and anejo expressions, made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands. It is rested in new American oak casks for an average of four months, the short end of the reposado category’s 2 to 12 month range, which keeps much of the fresh agave character of the blanco while adding the vanilla, caramel, and spice that oak resting brings. The result is a warm golden straw colored tequila built for balance rather than heavy oak weight. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
