This 30 year old single malt comes from Glenfiddich’s Time Series, matured for three decades across a combination of European and American oak casks. That length of maturation brings the deep, sherry-influenced richness associated with very old Speyside whisky: dried fruit, dark chocolate and warm oak spice built up slowly over the years. It’s suited to someone marking a genuine milestone, where real age in the glass matters more than novelty.
