Fireball is a cinnamon-flavoured whisky made by the Sazerac Company, built on a Canadian whisky base and flavoured with the same red-hot cinnamon candy character its name promises, along with a dose of sweetness to balance the heat. It’s less a sipping whisky than a shot: expect an upfront blast of cinnamon spice, a warming, almost candy-like sweetness, and a fiery finish that the brand itself sums up as tasting “like heaven” and burning “like hell.” It’s built for exactly that, taken cold as a shot, poured into a round of drinks, or used to spike hot chocolate or cider for a kick of spice.
