Dalwhinnie 15 YO is a Highland single malt Scotch from one of Scotland’s highest and coldest distilleries, matured for fifteen years before bottling. The slow, cold maturation gives it a gentle, honeyed character built around heather and malt, with a trace of smoke that sets it apart from lighter, fruitier Highland malts. It sits between the fruit forward softness of Speyside and the smokier character of the west coast, without leaning fully into either. It suits drinkers who want a single malt with genuine warmth and a little smoky complexity, without the intensity of a full Islay.
