Hendrick’s is a Scottish gin distilled in Girvan from two different stills, then infused with rose and cucumber after blending. Eleven traditional botanicals (including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root and elderflower) sit underneath the rose and cucumber, giving it a cool, floral character that reads as gentler and less juniper forward than a classic London Dry. It’s the reference bottle for a Hendrick’s-style gin and tonic, garnished with cucumber rather than citrus.
