Amrut Triparva is a limited-edition single malt from Amrut Distilleries in Bangalore, and it holds a specific place in the brand’s history as Amrut’s first triple-distilled single malt. Triple distillation, rather than Amrut’s usual double distillation, produces a lighter, cleaner spirit that lets the tropical fruit character of Indian malt come through more clearly. Only 5,400 bottles were released worldwide. It is a good pick for anyone curious about how distillation choice, not just cask, changes the character of an Indian single malt.
