Aberfeldy 21 YO is a Highland single malt from the Aberfeldy distillery in Perthshire, matured for at least 21 years across a mix of sherry casks and vanilla and honey led bourbon casks, including refill and re-charred casks. Aberfeldy’s malt is best known as the heart of the Dewar’s blends, so this age-statement single malt is a chance to taste the distillery’s character on its own. Two decades in cask bring the richer, sherried end of the Highland style to the front.

PALATE- Creamy oak and honey turn toward chocolate-covered orange, with toasted coconut and a trace of smoke.
FINISH- Medium length and warmly spiced, closing on honeyed chocolate orange.
