Moji Cashew Feni
Moji Handcrafted Feni is a newer Goan brand, founded by Reuben Ramos and Tanishq Palyekar, built around a triple charcoal-distilled process, an unusual step up from the single or double distillation most feni goes through, meant to smooth the spirit out further. The brand’s packaging deliberately draws on the ornate Portuguese azulejos tile patterns found across old Goan houses, tying the bottle visually to the same heritage the feni itself carries. Moji’s cashew feni leans bold and earthy, reflecting its organic-sourced cashew apples. Feni carries a Geographical Indication tag as a speciality of Goa; traditionalists drink it neat, while a splash of lemon-lime soda and lime is the more common, easier way in.
