La Botija Pisco Acholado is produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Tabernero in the Chincha Valley of Ica, roughly 200 km south of Lima, Peru. It’s an Acholado-style pisco, a blend of the aromatic Italia grape and the non-aromatic Quebranta grape, distilled to combine Italia’s strength with Quebranta’s extreme roundness. It won a Silver Medal at Brussels in 2015.
