Paul John Nirvana comes from John Distilleries in Goa, part of the Paul John range that put Indian single malt on the world stage after launching internationally in 2012. Nirvana is the unpeated expression in that range, made from Indian six-row barley and matured in charred American oak, built as a softer, more approachable style than Paul John’s peated bottlings.
