Nisaki Passion Fruit Gin is part of the Nisaki Expressions range from Project Peacock, distilled in Goa on India’s first colour-changing gin platform, built around a butterfly pea flower base that shifts hue with different mixers. This expression is infused with bold passion fruit for a vibrant, tropical character: a floral, juniper-led aroma opens into a sweet-tart passion fruit palate, closing on a refreshing, fruity finish with real botanical complexity underneath. Bottled at 42.8% ABV, it’s built for warm-weather drinking: serve chilled over ice, or lengthen it with tonic or soda to let its colour-changing trick play out in the glass.
