Nisaki Pinkante Gin
Nisaki Pinkanté is a ready-to-drink cocktail from Project Peacock Distilleries, the makers of Nisaki, Goa’s colour-changing gin. Built on Nisaki Gin’s own botanical base and crafted in small batches, it’s marketed as one of India’s first ready-to-serve “picante”-style gin cocktails, balanced with pineapple, jalapeño, coriander, lemon, salt and a signature spice mix for a spicy-sweet, citrus-forward character. It needs no bar and no mixing: pour it straight over ice and finish with a slice of lemon or a chilli garnish, the brand’s own serving style. Currently sold only in Goa, Pinkanté is built as a playful, ready-poured alternative to Nisaki’s classic gin rather than a spirit meant for further cocktail-making.
