Nisaki Lychee Pink Peppercorn Gin is the second Maker’s Edition expression from Nisaki, India’s colour-changing gin platform from Project Peacock, distilled in Goa on a butterfly pea flower base that shifts colour with different mixers. This expression pairs the floral sweetness of lychee with the subtle spice of pink peppercorn for a fruit-forward, distinctive profile, sitting alongside the brand’s other flavoured expressions and its Pinkanté ready-to-drink cocktail. Bottled at 42.8% ABV, it’s built to be versatile: serve it neat to taste the fruit and spice directly, over ice for something simpler, or as the base of a G&T or cocktail.
