About This Bottle

Yellow Tail was founded by Filippo and Maria Casella, Sicilian immigrants who started the Casella family winery in Australia in 1969. Since its 2001 launch, the brand has grown into the largest family-owned winery in Australia. This Shiraz is one of the range’s flagship reds.

VanillaVanilla: a soft note beneath the fruit

TASTING NOTES

NOSE- Concentrated red cherry and plum with notes of vanilla, mocha and spice.

PALATE- Rich and smooth, juicy red berries carried by soft vanilla and spice.

FINISH- Well balanced, with lingering fruit and fine tannins.
