Wild Turkey Bourbon, originally crafted by Kentucky Bourbon Hall-of-Famer Eddie Russell as “Wild Turkey 81”, is aged in American white oak barrels with the deepest No. 4 “alligator” char. Built from a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley and bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV), it’s Wild Turkey’s entry-level release, made to stand up to any mixer or cocktail while still working as an easy sipper.
TASTING NOTES

PALATE- An explosion of vanilla and caramel with hints of honey and orange, baking spice and toffee.
FINISH- Lingering, with soft oak and notes of dried fruit, a light touch of rye spice and cinnamon.
