Terry Sent Me! is Pilcrow Spirits’ easygoing gin for cocktails, launched by Tarang Doshi, who moved from Mumbai to Goa in December 2020 to start the distillery. An ode to the speakeasy bars of the 1930s, it holds lively aromas of spice infused with citrus, built on juniper berries, coriander, lemon, orange peel, cardamom, angelica root and Gondhoraj lime. It’s designed to be easy to mix rather than sipped neat, built for versatility behind a bar. Serve in a simple G&T or a classic Negroni.
