Seqer
Seqer is Spirit de Goa’s handcrafted dry gin, distilled at Adriel Sequeira’s family distillery in Raia from a blend of 10 botanicals, including juniper, cinnamon, nutmeg and rosemary, with locally roasted cashews lending the Goan element. On the nose it’s juniper, nutmeg and a hint of freshness from rosemary; on the palate it’s mild and herby, with cardamom and an orange peel finish. It’s the flagship every Seqer flavour, Mulberry and Pink Guava, builds on. Serve on the rocks or in a simple G&T with a twist of orange peel.
