About This Bottle

Royal Stag Barrel Select

Royal Stag Barrel Select is Pernod Ricard’s more premium expression of Royal Stag, bottled at 42.8% ABV. The nose is dominated by caramel, vanilla and oak with hints of dried fruit and spice, including nutmeg and clove, opening into a palate of toffee, honey and ripe fruit with a touch of liquorice spice, running into a smooth, slightly smoky, medium-bodied finish. It carries the same legendary smoothness as standard Royal Stag with a more complex, barrel-driven character layered on top.
