Roulette

Roulette Unpeated Premium Whisky is made in Goa by John Distilleries, the same producer behind Paul John, blended in Indian grain spirit and matured in ex-bourbon casks. It has picked up real recognition at the London Spirits Competition and the IWSC. The nose is subtle with malt, oak and light floral spice, opening into a smooth, easy-drinking palate of caramel, grain and vanilla with a touch of fruitiness, and a creamy, malty finish. It’s built to be approachable rather than complex, an easy whisky for a mixed drink or a simple glass over ice.
