Moonshine Meadery is Asia’s and India’s first meadery, founded in 2014 by Rohan Rehani as a garage project before growing into an award-winning brand. Apple Cyder Mead blends honey mead with apple cider for a golden-coloured, tangy, cider-like drink, with sweet apple and floral honey aromas on the nose, smooth and mildly sparkling on the palate. It’s a fusion of two of the oldest fermented drinks in the world, honey mead and apple cider, made approachable and easy-drinking. Serve well chilled, in a wine glass or straight from the bottle, as an easy alternative to beer or cider on a warm evening.
